Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is hiring a part-time Dishwasher to join the Food and Beverage team. You will clean all kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware and pots and help keep the kitchen area neat and organized.

The role supports a busy kitchen, requires reliability and a sense of urgency, and offers opportunities for training and advancement within our growing national company. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Food Safe Level 1 (BC) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and thorough cleaning of all kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware and pots.
• Maintain a tidy kitchen area.
• Organize and support team in janitorial needs.
• Maintain janitorial supplies stock level.
• Assist in waste management & recycling, able to transport heavy load with assistance.
