Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Dishwasher on a casual, hourly basis. You will clean kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware and pots, while maintaining a spotless work area to support a fast-paced kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry preferred
• Food Safe Level 1 (BC) to be completed prior to start date.
• Mini Food Safety Course (Alberta) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and thorough cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishware, glassware and pots.
• Maintain a tidy kitchen area and support janitorial tasks as needed.
• Work in a team and adapt to flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
