  • Current knowledge of industry trends and development best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong release management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing software releases.
  • Demonstrated success attracting, mentoring, and retaining top talent and supporting career development and succession planning.
  • Proven record of maintaining high stability, uptime, and reliability of enterprise applications through robust monitoring and QA practices.
  • Expertise implementing DevOps best practices, including automated pipelines, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience evaluating and applying generative AI, large language models, AI agents, machine learning, and intelligent automation to improve business processes, engineering productivity, and customer or employee experiences. Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance considerations is an asset.
