Lifemark Health Group is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to join our Ottawa, Ontario team. You will travel within the Ottawa region to provide IT support to clinics, handling helpdesk tickets and Tier 2 issues for Windows and macOS, with setup, troubleshooting and documentation responsibilities.
Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, bilingual English/French skills, and experience with Active Directory, Windows/macOS, and network systems.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually
