Job summary

Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd is seeking a bilingual Director, Supply Chain for the Kiena/Val-d’Or site in Quebec. This full-time role reports to the VP, Supply Chain and leads procurement, warehousing, inventory, and contract management to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply for operations.

You will translate enterprise strategies into actionable site plans, manage contractor-heavy scopes, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, while maintaining safety and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing contractor-heavy scopes and operational procurement.

Responsibilities

• Site SCM execution and delivery, including procurement, warehousing, inventory and contract administration.
• Manage contractor-heavy scopes, ensuring safety, cost and delivery outcomes.
• Develop procurement activities aligned with category strategies at site.
• Oversee warehousing and materials management, inventory control and spares.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and governance compliance.
