The Principal ServiceNow Architect is a key member of the Service Management team, responsible for the holistic design, direction, and strategy of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role involves collaborating with Solution Architects, Platform Delivery leadership, Technical Architects, and Enterprise Architects to provide technological direction, thought leadership, and a technical vision for the platform.

Is this role right for you?
  1. Create, maintain, and communicate the Enterprise ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  2. Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor on ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap; build strong relationships with technology leadership, third-party vendors, and enterprise and business architects to develop and sustain the ServiceNow technical roadmap.
  3. Connect stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to achieve business outcomes by identifying top-tier ServiceNow capabilities aligned with business strategies; communicate future needs and opportunities.
  4. Envision and enable mid- and long-term ServiceNow capabilities strategies beyond ITSM/ITOM, including Facilities, HR, CSM, Cloud Management, etc.
Do you have the skills to succeed in this role?
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, roadmap, and latest features.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Deep industry knowledge and expertise in ITIL, ITSM implementation, and improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • 7+ years of enterprise IT implementation experience.
  • 5+ years in IT architecture, design principles, and database architecture.
  • 7+ years implementing ServiceNow or SaaS platforms, including integrations and CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping.
  • 7+ years developing strategic plans and roadmaps for enterprise initiatives.
  • 5+ years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture leadership roles.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred; ITIL Foundations certification beneficial.
