Job summary

Gore Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a cybersecurity leader to drive incident response, IAM, threat intelligence, and operational security across its Ontario and Western Canada footprint. You will own incident response playbooks, oversee IAM tooling and governance, guide threat intelligence, and develop security dashboards for senior leadership, while partnering with facilities and lines of business.

Qualifications

• Community college degree in Computer Engineering or Information Security.
• 10+ years of experience in incident response, IAM, governance, and cloud operations.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a cybersecurity team.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, OSFI B13, PCI DSS and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Incident Response: lead incident handling and develop response playbooks.
• IAM: oversee workforce and broker IAM solutions, tooling, and processes.
• Threat Intelligence: manage threat intel function and share insights with teams.
• Operational Visibility: create dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Physical Security: coordinate with facilities for emergency response improvements.
