Your Mission

  • Chart the Course: Develop and execute winning sales and leasing strategies that align perfectly with our ambitious development goals.
  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Leverage your deep pre-sale, sales, and leasing expertise across the entire lifecycle of our developments. From insightful market analysis and orchestrating successful launches to strategically managing standing inventory while ensuring our teams are consistently motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets for every last home.
  • Forecast the Future: Own the sales and leasing forecasts, providing clear insights that guide our strategic decisions.
  • Craft the "Townline Way": Define and bring to life our unique sales and leasing experience – the processes, the training, the customer magic that sets us apart.
  • Build a Sales and Leasing Dream Team: Recruit, inspire, and lead a team of top-tier sales professionals and leasing agents to achieve remarkable results.
  • Connect with the Realtor Community: Forge strong, lasting relationships with Vancouver's real estate pros, turning them into enthusiastic advocates for Townline Homes. Develop strategies to effectively engage and support external realtors in promoting and selling Townline Homes' developments.
  • Align for Success: Collaborate seamlessly with our Director of Marketing to create integrated campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
  • Be the Market Pulse: Stay ahead of market trends, know our competitors inside and out, and identify exciting new opportunities.
  • Measure and Elevate: Track our progress with key metrics, analyze what works, and constantly push for improvement.
  • Lead with Integrity: Ensure all our sales and leasing activities meet the highest ethical and legal standards.

What You Bring

  • 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a significant and successful track record in pre-sale development and building strong realtor networks.
  • A proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams
  • A deep understanding of the BC real estate landscape.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A natural leader who excels at building and motivating teams.
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and implementing effective sales processes.
  • Relevant real estate licensing and certifications for British Columbia.
