Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Director, Regulatory Compliance Reporting to lead global reporting for the Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer. You will develop metrics, ensure accuracy of inputs from diverse teams, and present clear, risk-based insights to senior leadership.

The role requires independent work, strong judgment and storytelling. You will collaborate across Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance to drive completion and consistency of reporting, while aligning with regulatory

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior executives, committees or Boards.
• Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization and influence decisions.
• Demonstrated maturity, judgment and ability to challenge inputs constructively.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly, annual and ad hoc Board/Committee reporting for the Enterprise CCO.
• Develop global reporting methodologies to standardize compliance risk reporting.
• Craft narratives explaining changes, significance, emerging risks and required actions.
