Remote (Canada) | Director, Regional Market Development

Industry: Radiopharmaceuticals / Nuclear Medicine

A high-growth international radiopharmaceutical company is expanding into Canada — and they’re seeking a commercial leader to drive market development from the ground up. If you're a strategic operator with healthcare experience and based in Canada, this is your chance to shape the national rollout of a breakthrough imaging agent.

This is a remote role, but applicants must currently reside in Canada.

What You’ll Do:

As Director, Regional Market Development (Canada), you’ll lead sales strategy, market entry, and clinical engagement efforts across the country. You’ll be the face of a cutting-edge oncology diagnostic portfolio, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to grow market share and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Canadian commercialization strategy for radiopharmaceutical imaging products
• Engage nuclear medicine physicians, imaging centers, and key hospital systems
• Deliver technical training and product support to end users
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Provide strategic input on regulatory, reimbursement, and market access
• Travel across major provinces (~50%) to meet with customers and partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Canada with the ability to travel as needed
• 5–10+ years in commercial roles within healthcare (diagnostics, radiopharma, imaging)
• Proven success in business development or market expansion roles
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, especially procurement & reimbursement
• Experience supporting or selling technical/clinical products in medical environments
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
