You are part of a team responsible to develop multi-year real estate plans for CIBC’s corporate offices. As a Director, Real Estate Management you will play a central role in shaping our real estate footprint. Your focus is on larger urban markets where you lead the development of multi-year investment roadmaps for our corporate office portfolio. Leveraging your analytical skills, you determine where to expand, consolidate, or divest real estate based on an informed view of CIBC's workforce and operating model requirements, business goals and financial objectives. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
You have experience in developing investment plans for corporate offices or have extensive experience in a corporate real estate. You have proven analytical skills sufficient to interpret complex issues and develop innovative solutions to address the challenge of modernizing workplaces to support changing workstyles. You understand the importance of the workplace in supporting the culture, strategy, and purpose of the business. You have multiple years of work experience, preferably in a real estate function in a large organization and have a degree in Business, Finance or related field.
