Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Director, Project Finance to originate and close complex project finance transactions across the Canadian agri-food sector. You will lead a high-profile team, manage sponsors, developers, lenders and investors, and drive due diligence, structuring and pricing to secure optimal outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in project finance or related fields, with strong leadership, negotiation and credit risk expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in project/infrastructure/private credit or related finance roles.
• Strong transaction structuring, negotiations and credit risk oversight essential.
