This is a hybrid role based inDenver, Toronto, Philadelphia,New Jerseyor Raleighwith the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
The Director of Product Operations is a senior leader responsible for the operational backbone of a complex, fast-growing portfolio of legal technology solutions. Reporting into product leadership, this role sets the operating model for how the product organization plans, executes, and learns while partnering with product management, engineering,UX, data, marketing, and go-to-market leaders to translate strategy into a repeatable, high-performing rhythm. This is a high-influence leadership role for someone who can build durable systems and raise the operational bar across the entire product function.

The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
The base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $219,000 CAD with additional eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
