As a Director – Product Leadership, Incubation Lab, you will report to the Lead, Data Science & Innovation, focusing on scaling incubated innovation into best-in-class delivery, process, and product. This role combines consultative delivery and product management, emphasizing actionable insights for clients and matured solutions for our innovation pipeline. You will join a culture that champions creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to our evolving marketing analytics platform. You will set delivery standards and graduation requirements for the Incubation Lab portfolio, collaborating with the Lab Lead and Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Data Science to prioritize innovation backlog.
2. Define delivery standards & graduation criteria for incubated solutions with the Lab Lead.
3. Coordinate data collection and processing for client pilots.
4. Deliver consultative insights using developed solutions, models, and algorithms.
5. Partner with Product Development for planning and roadmap setting.
6. Coordinate with engineering teams for solution integration and deployment.
7. Establish partnerships within NIQ for training and hand-over processes.
8. Stay updated on marketing science, machine learning, and AI advancements.
9. Mentor team members to foster innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years in data or marketing science.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred.
3. Hands-on experience with statistical modeling (Frequentist & Bayesian).
4. Knowledge of ML/AI algorithms.
5. Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire).
6. Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
7. Product management exposure with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
8. Familiarity with development tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).

Desired Skills:

1. Experience in marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
2. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
