The Role
Develop an integrated people experience strategy aligned with business priorities to attract and retain talent.
The Candidate
Education : University degree and CHRP designation or equivalent experience.
Work Experience : 10-15 years in senior HR roles, preferably in multisite organizations, with experience in Organizational Development.
Knowledge : Extensive practical knowledge of HR topics including talent management, total rewards, HR operations, and systems. Bilingualism is an advantage.
