Next Level Games, a Nintendo Co., Ltd. subsidiary in Vancouver, seeks an outsource coordination role for a hybrid work setup. You will align outsourced assets with the studio's artistic vision, supervise quality and timing, and collaborate with directors and senior artists to optimize workflows.
You’ll partner with internal teams to track deliverables, support asset integration, and drive improvements. Three days weekly on-site, with flexible remote options as the project requires.

This is a hybrid role, with the first three months fully in‑studio.
After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.
The hiring range for this position is $92,000 to $115,000 CAD annually and is subject to change.
