CIBC is seeking a Director, Operational Resilience to lead the Regional Operational Resilience Program across the Regions from Toronto. As a member of the Operational Resilience team, you’ll help strengthen how CIBC prepares for, responds to, and recover from disruptions across the Regions. As a Director, Operational Resilience, you’ll lead the execution, management, and delivery of the Regional Operational Resilience Program in alignment with Enterprise direction, governance, and priorities. You’ll work closely with business, infrastructure, technology, and risk partners to ensure program requirements are clearly communicated, embedded, and operationalized across the Regions. You’ll also lead enterprise and regional reporting, oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Operational Resilience repository, and provide insights that support effective oversight and decision-making. In this role, you’ll help advance CIBC’s resilience mandate by strengthening program execution, improving reporting, supporting regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

It’s an asset if you have experience in capital markets or retail banking. You love to learn. You quickly build knowledge of new programs, frameworks, and requirements, and you stay open to evolving practices and regulatory expectations. You put our clients first.
