Job summary

Keyano College is seeking a Director of Student Services for the Academic and Student Experience Division. The role leads development and delivery of student-centered programs supporting accessibility, wellness, engagement, retention and success on Fort McMurray campus.

Reporting to the Vice President, Academic, the Director contributes to college-wide planning, policy development and governance. The position requires relocation to Fort McMurray, AB and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in post-secondary education.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and service portfolios.
• Knowledge of accessibility legislation and Indigenous engagement.
• Budget management, assessment, and data-informed decision-making.
