• 8+ years of accounting, auditing, or structured finance experience.
• 3+ years of insurance/reinsurance accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or actuarial science required; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross functional project teams to structure complex reinsurance transactions.
• Lead and manage accounting and reporting functions for structured finance.
• Review and analyze transaction data for accuracy and design.
• Lead negotiations with external parties to meet financing needs.
• Ensure processes for financing transactions are implemented and compliant.
• Oversee internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
