  • A proven background in leading global engineering organizations, preferably in the development of cloud-based platforms or PaaS
  • A compelling story teller with an ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gain buy in towards a larger vision
  • Known for your strong technical background in cloud computing, distributed systems, and software engineering, with a focus on AWS services
  • Experience developing diverse and high performing teams, promoting inclusivity and diversity and engaging with people at all levels
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with global partners and stakeholders
