Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to generate and support hotel business through relationship development, prospecting, and effective communication. You'll help drive occupancy, revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction by building strong client partnerships with hotels in our portfolio.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, coordinating with departments, and representing the hotel at events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
  • Previous hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-related systems.

  • Represent the hotel professionally at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and resolve concerns in partnership with hotel leadership.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive activity and communicate relevant information to leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Job Purpose

Physical Requirements
