You’ve built high-performing sales teams before and know how to drive accountability, process, and results without overcomplicating things. Coaching, hiring, and developing talent is second nature to you, and you bring the energy and urgency needed to win. You move fast, lead from the front, and never ask your team to do anything you wouldn’t do yourself.
