Job description

Reporting to the Vice President of Retail Operations and located in Moncton, NB, the Director of Retail Operations, Atlantic Region will efficiently manage our Atlantic Retail operations.

The incumbent will provide a high level of customer service, while optimizing people and culture, and financial resources to ensure profitability and operational excellence. Leadership, teamwork, and management skills will be essential for creating and maintaining a partnership with employees in the regional retail network. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining solid business relationships with all areas of the company, including close collaboration with the Wholesale and Distribution functions and other central support teams to achieve business goals.

Experience

• Bachelor of Business Administration – MBA is an asset
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing multiple units, preferably in the retail industry
• Experience in managing and supporting a franchise network
• Well-informed about regional activities and market conditions
• Proven ability to ensure initiatives are executed effectively
• Strong business acumen
• Leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
