goeasy is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team at our Canadian location. You will drive branch goals, manage schedules and payroll, and foster exceptional in-person and remote customer experiences while ensuring responsible credit practices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multiple functions, preferably in a sales context.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Experience training a small team.
• Proficient with computers and new software.
• Ability to pass background and credit checks.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time.

Aufgaben

• Create a vision and lead the team to hit branch and portfolio goals and drive cross-sell.
• Plan schedules, timesheets, payroll, and other admin duties.
• Deliver superior customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Show empathy and match customers to suitable products.
• Maintain branch portfolio health and prevent delinquency.
• Gather information to complete customer applications with accuracy.
