Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, OD, leadership, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR/OD experience in higher education or similar setting.
- Certification in Change Management preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives.
- Experience directing a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People, Organizational Development and Change team and partner with HR and college leaders.
- Develop and drive enterprise-wide talent management, learning and leadership programs.
- Provide framework and direction on enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Plan communications and design college-wide performance management programs.
- Develop people metrics and analyze data to measure impact.
