DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – ATLANTIC REGION

Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee their operations in the Atlantic Region. Based in Moncton, New Brunswick, this senior leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of transportation services across the region. The Director of Operations will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business, improving operational performance, and driving growth in the Atlantic provinces.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for overseeing the daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Key responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, developing operational strategies, and driving the implementation of technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
