We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on senior leader to oversee a wide range of functions across marketing, business development, and member engagement. This key member of the leadership team will shape and lead brand strategies, growth initiatives, and external communications, all while mentoring high-performing teams and driving innovation.
This role requires a balance of strategic foresight and tactical execution to achieve long-term goals and immediate wins.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and executive leadership teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage and mentor department heads and team members to foster performance, accountability, and engagement.
- Oversee membership growth and retention initiatives through innovative, data-informed approaches.
- Identify and oversee strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and consulting resources to support organizational goals.
- Actively contribute to company-wide planning, decision-making, and leadership as a member of the executive team.
- Promote a culture of excellence, agility, and customer-centricity across all business development and marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and public relations channels.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree is considered a strong asset.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities in multi-functional roles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in aligning marketing and business development to achieve growth.
- Familiarity with membership-based, professional services, or leadership development organizations is an asset.
- Values-driven leadership style that fosters team engagement and high performance.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in progressively senior roles in marketing, business development, or communications.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across various departments.
- Experience developing and executing national marketing strategies.
- Hands-on background with digital marketing platforms, CRMs, and campaign analytics.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with evolving priorities.
- Previous involvement in membership acquisition, engagement, or retention initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Expertise in brand strategy, content marketing, and digital campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data for decision-making.
- High emotional intelligence and a values-driven leadership style.
Base Salary: $90,000-150,000+ per year
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a performance-based component to reward strategic impact and team success.
- Full benefits package included
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
Remote Work:
- This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
