Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will shape how we engage B2C and B2B audiences through digital channels. You will lead a talented team focused on website optimization, executing high-performing campaigns, and driving engagement across paid media and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and passionate about creating growth-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  2. Oversee website performance, user experience, and optimization across the company’s digital assets.
  3. Manage and execute digital campaigns across paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  4. Design and implement automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and member engagement.
  5. Set KPIs, monitor performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and growth.
  7. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to scale campaigns and foster innovation.
  8. Collaborate with content, product, sales, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of digital marketing experience, including B2C and B2B strategies.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Experience in media or online publishing is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and automation tools like Zapier, Postman, webhooks.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet.
  • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Solid understanding of website optimization, SEO, WordPress, Elementor, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Healthcare or professional audience marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
