RMUS is the leading provider of Remotely Operated and Autonomous Robotics in North America. Our offices are in Mississauga (ON), Ottawa (ON), Montreal (QC), and Calgary (AB). Our partners are from all over—including the US, Europe, Australia, China, and Vietnam. We serve three core verticals: Public Safety, Industrial, and Military. We specialize in developing enterprise-wide robotics programs that enhance situational awareness and inspection capabilities, leading to better decision-making. Our solutions are used daily by industrial, commercial, government (all levels), and educational entities across Canada and the USA, and are gaining international interest.

Our Director of Marketing and Digital will be a seasoned professional with extensive B2B experience in a technical field. Your main goal will be to develop the strategy that will lead us to 9 figures and to build RMUS’s digital presence. You’ll set and pursue aggressive goals and aim to make a significant impact.

The Role

This position requires someone adaptable and quick-moving. You should have a strong understanding of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, and be already thinking about how AI will revolutionize marketing. This role will oversee all RMUS content and digital assets, including the website, social channels, and Shopify store. The initial focus will be on North America, with potential expansion.

We seek someone capable of building an efficient, effective marketing machine aligned with our brand positioning and strategic goals, ensuring our message reaches the right customers. Reporting directly to the President, you will be a vital part of our growing team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10-12 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with at least 2-3 years in marketing technical products
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies and plans
  • Strong business acumen—understanding how businesses generate revenue and create value
  • Experience in content creation and strategy
  • Proven success in digital marketing and lead generation initiatives
  • High proficiency with digital marketing tools
  • Creative mindset willing to experiment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and follow-through skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Robotics
  • Experience in high-growth companies

  • Experience deploying AI agents for marketing
  • Proven ability to manage SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

What you will do:

  • Develop overall marketing strategy and annual execution plan in collaboration with the general manager
  • Manage campaign execution and track results, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Increase brand awareness and market share
  • Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all networks
  • Collaborate with technical teams on content and thought leadership
  • Contribute to growth strategies for marketing channels
  • Recruit and build a high-performance team of people, agencies, and agents

Location:

This is a full-time in-person position. Mississauga (preferred), Ottawa, or Calgary locations are considered.

Compensation:

Base salary: $100,000–$120,000

Total compensation: $120,000–$160,000 with uncapped upside based on performance
