Aplin is seeking an experienced Director of Technology Sales to join our Edmonton-based client’s senior leadership team and take charge of expanding the client base while building and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall business strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
  • Lead revenue forecasting and projections to support company growth initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring individual and team KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, adjust tactics, and provide actionable insights to improve overall performance.
