ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Direct Business – Canada is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead national HR programs across Canada. You will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and oversee a regional team of HR Managers, guiding employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and M&A integration.

Based in Oakville, ON, this role is on-site four days a week with travel across branches (roughly 20–30%).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 8+ years HR experience across Canada.
• 3+ years in people leadership overseeing HR Managers or Partners.
• Deep knowledge of Canadian employment standards and human rights legislation.
• Experience leading HR integration for mergers and acquisitions; designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Regional HR Managers for Canada.
• Serve as national expert on employee relations, investigations and compliance.
• Direct HR integration workstreams for acquired businesses across Canada.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and workforce planning at a national level.
• Drive HR operations improvements and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
