DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

Our client, Syntax, is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the VP Corporate Development, the incumbent will have the overall responsibility of the Financial Reporting Team (FP&A) which comprises 12 global Finance professionals, including 3 direct reports working closely with the Regional and the Functional CFOs, and the Finance team from all of the Syntax regions.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead the Financial Reporting Team (FP&A).
2. Collaborate with Regional and Functional CFOs.
3. Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Hold a recognized CPA designation.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems is required.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in French and English, as well as strong presentation skills and great story-telling capabilities.
