Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting for six divisions.
• Oversee daily finance functions (AR, AP, payroll).
• Lead year-end audit and support treasury with cash flow forecasting.
• Improve processes for cash management, AR / AP, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate on budgeting and ERP configuration controls.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Manage special projects (e.g., ERP enhancements, software implementations).
• Track KPIs to improve finance team performance.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years in a financial leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and tech skills.
• Experience with change management; manufacturing experience is an asset.
