Lead Financial Strategy in Manufacturing Operations

Join Irving Consumer Products as a key member of our Finance leadership team, partnering with Manufacturing Operations and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional skilled in transforming operational data into actionable insights and driving performance through collaboration and analytical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead with Influence: Drive accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics across manufacturing sites, aligned with strategic goals.
2. Financial Planning: Lead forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for manufacturing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely financial reporting.
3. Provide Strategic Financial Leadership: Offer guidance on commodity trends, FX impacts, manufacturing costs, hedging strategies, and cost optimization.
4. Drive Capital and Cost Strategy: Lead capital investment analysis, benchmarking, and collaborate on cost-saving initiatives for sustainable growth.
5. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams to coach, problem-solve, and standardize financial reporting.
6. Deliver Advanced Analytics: Lead scenario planning, cost modeling, and sensitivity analysis for complex decision-making.
