This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who excels at transforming operational data into actionable insights and driving performance through collaboration and analytical excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Influence: Drive the delivery of accurate and insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Financial Planning: Lead key financial processes for manufacturing including forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans, while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and quality weekly and monthly manufacturing financials.
- Provide Strategic Financial Leadership: Offer expert guidance on commodity trends, foreign exchange impacts, manufacturing cost drivers, hedging strategies, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Drive Capital and Cost Strategy: Lead capital investment analysis, quarterly benchmarking, and collaborate on enterprise-wide cost-saving initiatives to support sustainable, profitable growth.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the executive team, manufacturing site leadership, and cross-functional teams to coach, problem-solve, and standardize financial reporting.
- Deliver Advanced Analytics: Lead scenario planning, cost modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support complex decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
