Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group in Stratford, Ontario, seeks a Director of Engineering to lead engineering and quality across multiple sites. You will own ASME and regulatory certifications, manage a talented team, review critical designs, and drive improvements on the shop floor with direct accountability to the VP/General Manager.

You must hold a P.Eng. license and have 12+ years in metal fabrication and pressure equipment engineering, with proven leadership in ASME code environments and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and P.Eng. licensure in Ontario.
• 12+ years in metal fabrication, machining and pressure equipment engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams and quality programs in code-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ASME BPVC, CSA N285/N299, NQA-1 and related quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering and quality leadership across multiple sites.
• Define standards, processes, and design templates for all facilities.
• Review estimates and design deliverables to ensure scope and quality.
• Own budget, resources, and technology roadmap for engineering and quality.
• Coordinate audits, certifications, and interfaces with ANI/AI.
