Job summary

FlatironDragados seeks a Director, Nuclear Quality to design and lead robust quality programs for critical nuclear projects in Canada. You will build and manage a high-performance quality organization, drive certification efforts, and ensure QA integration across construction, fabrication, and field execution activities.

You will collaborate with regulators, clients, and suppliers to maintain compliance and elevate project outcomes, leveraging decades of nuclear QA experience and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of nuclear industry experience with senior quality leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing nuclear quality programs.
• Experience with nuclear regulatory standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, certification, and maintenance of nuclear quality programs and procedures.
• Develop roadmaps for certifications and authorizations.
• Lead audits, certification readiness, and external/customer audits.
• Build and manage the nuclear quality team and project quality plans.
• Ensure QA requirements are integrated into construction and field execution plans.
• Oversee field inspection programs across multiple disciplines.
• Establish processes for nonconformance management and corrective actions.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and suppliers.
