Job summary

The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) seeks an energetic Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts in Alberta and the Prairie provinces. You will grow support, implement national fund development programs regionally, and align internal capacity with external partnerships to maximize donor revenues.

You will manage a 10-person development team, mentor staff, and ensure regional activities conform to national standards while collaborating with staff across NCC.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years combined development and fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with staff and management to develop fundraising plans and tactics to build a program of giving aligned with the organization’s overall fundraising strategy.
