Responsibilities

1. Oversee the delivery of large-scale client initiatives and programs in mainframe and application modernization.
2. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
3. Coordinate project activities with the project team and stakeholders.
4. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
5. Manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
6. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
7. Participate hands-on in code reviews, code practices, quality design, and architecture.
8. Drive the technical requirements of solutions.

Requirements

1. Led teams of 10+ people across multiple locations.
2. 5+ years of leadership experience.
3. Expertise in understanding the development and agile processes.
4. Highly skilled in Java and legacy modernization.
5. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure.
6. Hands-on experience as a Delivery or Team Lead, Solution or Enterprise Architect, or Delivery Manager.
7. Experience working in cloud transformation programs.
8. Ability to work on-site in Toronto, Canada, 3 days a week.
