Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to operationalize enterprise data governance, manage the data catalog, profile data quality, and implement governance automation. You will support audits, collaborate with controls and risk teams, and ensure governance standards are followed across platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with data catalogs (Purview preferred), SQL proficiency, and ability to work from defined standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in data management, data quality, BI/analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills for profiling and validation.
• Hands-on with a data catalog, metadata, or data quality tool (Purview preferred).
• Experience with workflow automation (Power Automate) and REST APIs.
• Experience with Fabric/Power BI is an asset.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer the data catalog and glossary, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Build and maintain data quality scorecards and monitor metrics.
• Develop governance tooling and integrations, including Purview and automation.
• Prepare data and materials for stakeholder reviews and audits.
• Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
