We’re on the lookout for a Director of Data to join our growing remote team and lead the data strategy for our innovative Sweepstake Casino brand, headquartered in Canada.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where data drives every decision — from marketing acquisition and CRM retention strategies to real-time player behavior analytics and performance reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Own and scale our entire data function — from ETL and data warehousing to BI and reporting.
• Design and maintain a robust, compliant, and scalable data infrastructure that supports growth and innovation.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, CRM, and compliance to deliver actionable insights.
• Drive data maturity across the organization, embedding a data-driven culture at all levels.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and BI.
• Champion real-time analytics to support dynamic decision-making in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in data leadership roles, with 3+ years specifically in B2C iGaming (casino, sportsbook, or bingo).
• Proven commercial mindset and deep understanding of the player lifecycle and KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern ETL frameworks like dbt and Airflow.
• Track record of delivering BI solutions and dashboards using tools such as Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Passion for continuous improvement, data governance, and innovation.
