Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control operations and maintenance of all facilities.
• Lead, supervise, and manage a team to ensure daily care of assets.
• Oversee capital projects, procurement, and contracts.
• Ensure health and safety codes, board policies, and regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with administrators on facility needs and educational support.
