Job summary

Allied is seeking a senior leader to oversee a large portfolio of complex buildings. You will collaborate with the Technical Services and Property Management teams to ensure smooth handovers, vendor oversight, and high standards of operation.

The role requires guiding Building Operators, maintaining HVAC and life-safety systems, and driving preventive maintenance across properties. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in physical building operations including HVAC, BAS, plumbing and life safety.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience and supervising teams.
• Experience developing and managing budgets and KPIs.
• Experience with CMMS systems and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large portfolio of complex buildings and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead Building Operators, coach staff, and manage performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and portfolio teams to deliver services.
• Ensure health, safety and building standards are met and reporting is accurate.
• Lead budgeting for operations and capital improvements with cross‑department collaboration.
