Team overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Accounting—Statutory Reporting to lead the end-to-end statutory reporting and group consolidation process across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. The role involves preparing accurate statutory accounts, consolidating group financial statements, and producing group reporting packs for submission to the parent company. The ideal candidate will have deep technical accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience in complex, multi-entity, multinational environments.
