Georgetown University seeks a Director of Community Engagement and Nursing Workforce Development to lead partnerships with clinicians and professional networks, advancing BSON’s education mission and workforce initiatives.

Hybrid work design with on-site engagement for events, student programs, and stakeholder collaboration, plus emphasis on equity, inclusion, and Jesuit values in nursing education and practice.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive nursing, education, or related experience in partnerships and workforce development.
• Ability to engage diverse constituencies across academic and civic environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track engagement outcomes.
• Commitment to Jesuit mission, equity and inclusion.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate, expand, and sustain relationships with clinicians and professional networks.
• Advance BSON education mission and workforce development priorities.
• Support clinical learning, student success, mentorship, and experiential learning.
• Engage with clinicians, administrators, community members and healthcare leaders.
• Collaborate with Dean and teams on outreach, events, and CRM reporting.
