Job summary

McKenzieHCR in Surrey, BC is seeking a Director of Care to oversee nursing operations across Complex Care, Independent Living and Registered Assisted Living on one campus. You will lead nursing and caregiving teams with compassion and expertise to deliver residents-centered care.

The role requires an RN with BCCNM, 3+ years leadership in geriatrics, CPR, and a preference for a Master's degree; you will ensure regulatory compliance, quality, budgets, and mentorship within a unionized workplace.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in geriatrics or long-term care.
• CPR certification.
• Preference for a Master's degree.
• Ability to obtain a recent Vulnerable Sector Check.
