  • Actively engage with Risk, Business and Technology stakeholders to understand changes to data or models that may impact model enablement activities. Proactively identify potential areas of data quality concerns or performance deterioration, support deeper dive investigations, and provide actionable insights to support Model Developers and Owners in remediation actions.
  • Collaborate with Model Developers, Data Strategy & Risk Technology, and Technology teams to provide guidance and expertise on data, information infrastructure, and capabilities requirements necessary to assist model development activities, model life cycle data marts, self-serve analytics and reporting in a timely and efficient manner, and that these requirements continue to meet the evolving needs of the department.

  • Support data, platform, and tools initiatives within Retail and Small Business Models & Analytics in collaboration with Model Development teams in support of internal and/or broader Bank (e.g., Enterprise, GRM) initiatives.
  • Interact closely with cross-functional working groups from both business and technical sides to ensure understanding of business requirements, propose solutions, gain approvals and obtain buy‑ins to ensure the above gets executed. Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviours; communicating vision/values/business strategy; and, managing succession and development planning for the team.
