Overview
As Director, Media Planning, you will lead data-driven campaigns from strategy to execution, overseeing a cross-functional team and managing client relationships at a senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of performance media specialists to deliver digital and integrated campaigns.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior clients to understand their business and improve workflows.
  • Implement processes for smoother operations and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate on strategies that meet marketing objectives within budget and timelines.
  • Develop media strategies and allocate budgets effectively across channels.
  • Ensure compliance and oversee budget pacing and financial forecasts.
  • Mentor team members and support leadership in best practices and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in digital and performance media roles.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Expertise in online/offline channels: video, programmatic, social, search, TV, radio, OOH.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign tools like Prisma, DDS, Mediatools, Ad Ops.
  • Experience in financial categories and certifications like Facebook Blueprint or Google Certifications are assets.
