Reporting to the CEO, the director will build and lead a team, drive policy alignment with regulatory expectations and renewable targets, and advance governance, transparency, and Truth & Reconciliation commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electricity markets or related field.
• Experience with market rule development and settlements.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and public-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy, market rules, and market manuals development and oversight.
• Design market services and registration processes for market participation.
• Oversee settlement processes, financial calculations, and internal controls.
• Establish transparent data publication practices and dashboards.
• Develop compliance and enforcement frameworks for market rules and policies.
• Engage with government, regulators, utilities, market participants, and customers.
