Fidelity Canada is seeking a Director of IS Transfer Agency and Workflow Systems Development to lead the development, modernization and support of AXIS/NEXUS and related workflow apps. You will guide enterprise technology choices, embed AI in SDLC and drive secure, scalable delivery across teams.
You will shape strategic plans, manage budgets, and partner with executives to align tech services with business goals, while prioritizing innovation and disciplined delivery in a dynamic, hybrid work
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

The Director, IS Transfer Agency and Workflow Systems Development is accountable for the development, modernization, and support of Fidelity Investment Canada Transfer Agency systems (AXIS, NEXUS) and supporting workflow applications.
The successful candidate is a forward-looking technology leader who can articulate and execute leading edge technology solutions, including the practical application of artificial intelligence, to enhance business outcomes and client servicing capabilities.
